Mr. Terry Brantley is the managing member of Brantland LLC. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, purchasing, and contractual agreements.
Nicola Smith manages the accounting and administrative tasks for Brantland LLC and is responsible for recordkeeping, data entry, reports, and human resources.
Christopher Sutton has worked as a Project Manager and Maintenance Supervisor for Brantland LLC for the past 20 years managing on and off-site projects as well as helping to maintain company property and assets.
Ms. Shanta Lana Hereford is the Community Affairs and Business Development Consultant for Brantland LLC. She is responsible for fostering and nurturing strong community relationships and scouting real estate opportunities in the Greater Atlanta area. In 2018, Ms. Hereford was voted “Stone Mountain’s Businessperson of the Year” for her work helping aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to start, transform, or grow their business.
She studied Business Communications and Marketing at Blackhawk Technical College and Computer Programming at Saint Leo University.
Mr. Pete Brody is a security expert with more than 30 years of experience providing security solutions for companies in the Greater Atlanta area.

Brantland LLC’s legacy actually dates back to 1935. It was the year Amelia Earhart flew solo across the Pacific, Babe Ruth hit his final home run, and Booker “Terry” Brantley Jr. was born.
